Netflix has dropped the first trailer for Marie Kondo‘s newest series, Sparking Joy!
Here’s a description of the show: Marie Kondo takes her signature approach to tidying up a step further in her new, transformational Netflix series, Sparking Joy.
Marie shows us how the fundamentals of her method can affect our businesses, relationships and communities. The impacts of tidying are surprising, emotional and transformative in the lives of the people Marie meets.
Throughout the process, viewers will also step into Marie’s own home, meet her family, and get a glimpse into how she sparks joy in her daily life!
Sparking Joy will premiere on August 31 on Netflix.

Marie Kondo is a mom again!
The 36-year-old Tidying Up With Marie Kondo star and her husband Takumi Kawahara, 36, confirmed the happy news of their third child’s arrival on Thursday (April 22) on social media.
“It’s a boy! I am over the moon to welcome this bundle of joy into our family. We are all doing well. Now comes the fun part — spending this special time with our little guy,” Marie wrote on Instagram, along with a sweet photo of the new baby.

Marie Kondo has some exciting news – she’s pregnant!
The 36-year-old author, Netflix star, and home organization guru took to her Instagram on Wednesday (January 27) to announce that she having another baby.
“I have some news! Another bundle of joy on the way. 💖” Marie wrote while wearing a blue cardigan and pink dress while caressing her baby bump.
Marie‘s husband Takumi Kawahara also reshared the news on his Instagram Story, along with writing, “Thank you so much!!”
Marie and the 37-year-old TV producer have been married since 2012 and share two daughters together – Satsuki and Miko.
Marie and Takumi teamed up in 2019 to turn her bestselling book “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” into the Netflix series Tidying Up With Marie Kondo.

The Queer Eye Fab Five won big at the 2019 Creative Arts Emmy Awards!
The group – Jonathan Van Ness, Bobby Berk, Tan France, Antoni Porowski and Karamo Brown – hit the red carpet at the event on Saturday evening (September 14) at The Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
They were also joined at the event by Marie Kondo.
During the ceremony, Queer Eye was up for several awards and took home Outstanding Structured Reality Program, Outstanding Casting for a Reality Program, Outstanding Directing for a Reality Program and Outstanding Picture Editing for a Structured Reality!
