Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson are enjoying a fun night out!

The 66-year-old Elvis actor and the 65-year-old actress/singer kept close while enjoying a night out at the 2022 Malibu Chili Cook-Off on Saturday night (September 3) in Malibu, Calif.

For their outing, Tom sported a white polo shirt, gray shorts, and a black baseball hat while Rita wore a black dress and pink-lensed sunglasses.

While they were leaving the event, Tom chatted with some fans and signed autographs for them.

If you missed it, Disney released the trailer for the upcoming Pinocchio live-action movie starring Tom as Geppetto.

The movie will be released exclusively on Disney+ on Thursday, Spetember 8.

Tom Hanks is weighing in on Disney‘s decision not to cast Tim Allen in Lightyear.

While the 69-year-old actor voiced the iconic character in each of the Toy Story movies, he was not involved with the recently released spinoff. Both fans and fellow actors have voiced their frustrations with the studio’s choice not to have him reprise the role.

Tom, who voiced Woody in the films alongside Tim, recently shared his thoughts on the controversy during an episode of CinemaBlend’s ReelBlend podcast.

A League of Their Own almost had a second film, according to the film’s screenwriter Lowell Ganz.
