James Gunn is making big changes to the DC Comics universe, but he has confirmed that three actors will continue in their roles.
For years, fans had wanted Henry Cavill to reprise his role as Superman and it looked like that was finally going to happen following his cameo appearance in the Black Adam end credits scene. Then things changed soon after when Gunn took over control of the film division.
Not only is Henry not returning as Superman, there will no longer be a Black Adam sequel with Dwayne Johnson. It also was reported that Gal Gadot is no longer playing Wonder Woman.

YSL Beauty global brand ambassador Austin Butler got a jumpstart on New York Fashion Week celebrations at an event celebrating the launch of the brand’s new men’s fragrance MYSLF.
The 32-year-old Elvis actor looked as effortlessly cool as ever in monochromatic black at the event, which was hosted at the Paradise Club at the Times Square EDITION on Wednesday (September 6).
The event featured a performance from Lil Yachty and so many other celebrity attendees, including Lil Nas X, Gavin Leatherwood and Taylor Momsen.

Prince Harry has a laugh from the stands while watching the Inter Miami soccer game on Sunday night (September 3) in Los Angeles.
The 38-year-old Duke of Sussex was seen with a couple of his friends at the game, just days ahead of his birthday. Just the night before, he was seen at the Beyonce concert with wife, Meghan Markle.
Harry wasn’t the only celebrity at the game, which was between Inter Miami CF and Los Angeles Football Club at BMO Stadium.
Selena Gomez, Mario Lopez, Owen Wilson, Glen Powell, Tyga, Beef‘s Steven Yeun, Dwyane Wade, Blue Beetle‘s Xolo Maridueña and more were also spotted checking the game out in the stands.
Mario shared a slew of pics from the game with many of the stars.
“Biggest soccer game of the year brought out all things shiny in LA!,” he captioned.
