The 28-year-old actor is back in town for the holidays after working on his upcoming movie Man Down in New Orleans recently.
Shia LaBeouf News, Pictures, and Videos
Shia LaBeouf dons army fatigues while heading to grab food at Craft Services on the set of his new movie Man Down on Thursday (December 4) in New Orleans, La.
This is the first time we’ve seen the 28-year-old actor in public since he claimed he was raped during his “I Am Sorry” art installation back in February.
Meanwhile, Man Down also stars Kate Mara and follows a haunted Afghanistan war veteran who attempts to come to terms with his past while searching for his family in a post-apocalyptic America.
Luke responded, “@piersmorgan It wasn’t clear at the time precisely what had happened, & the 1st priority was to ensure everybody’s safety in the gallery…She ran out, rather than simply walking away. Beyond that, it’s not my place to comment.”

The 28-year-old actor says that he was raped during his art installation last year and just sat there while a woman ripped his clothes off.
“Shia LaBeouf‘s claim to have been ‘raped’ is truly pathetic & demeans real rape victims. Grow up, you silly little man,” Piers said. “A Hollywood actor sitting with a paper bag over his head who did nothing as he claims a woman ‘raped’ him has not been raped. #labeouf.”
“People are actually defending Shia LaBeouf. The world’s gone mad. He’s invented a supposed ‘rape’ for cheap PR – utterly shameful,” he added.

The 28-year-old Fury actor previously sat in a room totally silent for five days and met with anyone who waited on line to greet him.
“One woman who came with her boyfriend, who was out side the door when this happened, whipped my legs for 10 minutes and then striped my clothing and proceeded to rape me… then walked out with her lipstick smudged to her awaiting boyfriend who i image was quite hurt by it,” Shia said. “All this happened in front of hundreds of people… Yea it was no good. Not just for me but her man as well.
“On top of that my girl [Mia Goth] was in line to come see me because it was Valentines Day & i was living in the gallery sleeping in a sleeping bag for the duration of the event – we were separated for 5 days,” Shia added. “No communication. So it really hurt her as well as i guess the news of it traveled through the line. She was only about 25 people back when she came in she asked for an explanation and i couldn’t speak so we both sat with this unexplained trauma silently. It was painful. The hardest part of the show.”
Shia made the comments in an email interview with Dazed and Confused. He also participated in a video interview in which he and the reporter sat in a room totally silent for an hour while GoPro cameras recorded their blank faces.

The 28-year-old actor was in town for a court hearing earlier in the day, relating to charges of disorderly conduct from his arrest at Studio 54 earlier this summer.
During the hearing, Shia showed that he was receiving treatment at The Hills Treatment Center in Los Angeles after being ordered to complete six months of outpatient alcohol rehab after the arrest.
“Shia has done a terrific job of complying with his program and we appreciate the court’s recognition of that,” his attorney Robert Gage shared to E! News.
Shia is scheduled to return to court in March.

Shia LaBeouf wears his army gear while on the set of his upcoming film Man Down on Monday (November 24) in New Orleans, La.
The 28-year-old actor was just named on the list of GQ‘s Least Influential People of 2014, which also included lots of very familiar names.
Shia came in at number 21 on the list, which wrote, “I know it’s weird to put him on this list, given that he wrote King Lear, directed The Godfather, and was briefly the U.S. poet laureate. But I’m telling you, there’s something off about this LaBeouf fella—like he isn’t everything he claims to be…. By the way, enough with celebrities excusing their asinine behavior—like, say, wearing paper bags over their heads—by claiming they were conducting some kind of sociological experiment about HUMANITY.”
