‘Shifting Gears’ Cameo: 1 Familiar Star Joins for a TV Reunion!
There’s a familiar star joining an upcoming episode of Shifting Gears!
Nancy Travis will reportedly appear on the ABC series as a “spirited widow” named Charlotte who connects with Tim Allen‘s character, Matt Parker.
If you didn’t know, the two played Mike and Vanessa Baxter together on Last Man Standing!
An airdate for the episode has not yet been announced.

Here’s a plot summary for the series: “Headstrong widower Matt owns a classic car workshop. When his separated daughter and her teenage children arrive at his house, the real restoration begins.”
Last Man Standing ran for nine seasons, beginning in 2011. Its first six seasons aired on ABC. It was revived for another three seasons on Fox up to its 2021 finale.
New episodes of Shifting Gears air Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and stream next day on Hulu.
