Selena Gomez tries to hide her smile as she leaves her hotel clutching the hand of a gal pal on Sunday (November 11) in New York City.

The 20-year-old actress is back to work after her recent split with boyfriend of one and a half years Justin Bieber.

“Heading to the @Kmart in White Plains to check out DOL! Enter your name in a drawing at customer service & 5 ppl will get to shop with me!” Selena tweeted earlier in the day. “Thank you everyone who came out to Kmart today. Such a warm welcome to my first visit to White Plains. Love you all.” she added later.
