Taylor Zakhar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine go from enemies to friends to lovers in the trailer for their upcoming Prime Video movie Red, White & Royal Blue.

Directed by Matthew Lopez, the movie is based on Casey McQuiston‘s novel of the same name and centers on the relationship between First Son Alex Claremont-Diaz (Perez) and Prince Henry (Galitzine).

A tussle at a royal wedding leads to the cake-tastrophe of the century. However, it also puts the unlikely pair on the path to finding a happily ever after. That doesn’t mean it’ll be easy.

The film adaptation of Red, White & Royal Blue is being released in just two months and the first photos from the movie have finally been revealed!

Taylor Zakhar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine look like such a cute couple in these first look photos.

Also starring in the movie, and featured in the pics, are Uma Thurman, Sarah Shahi, Ellie Bamber, Rachel Hilson, and Malcolm Atobrah.

Here’s a full synopsis: Alex Claremont-Diaz (Perez), the son of the first woman President of the United States (Thurman), and Britain’s Prince Henry (Galitzine) have a lot in common: stunning good looks, undeniable charisma, international popularity…and a total disdain for each other. Separated by an ocean, their long-running feud hasn’t really been an issue, until a disastrous – and very public — altercation at a royal event becomes tabloid fodder driving a potential wedge in U.S./British relations at the worst possible time. Going into damage control mode, their powerful families and respective handler’s force the two rivals into a staged “truce.” But as Alex and Henry’s icy relationship unexpectedly begins to thaw into a tentative friendship, the friction that existed between them sparks something deeper than they ever expected.

Tony Award-winning playwright Matthew López makes his feature film writing and directing debut.

Red, White & Royal Blue will premiere on Prime Video on August 11th.

Simon Rex takes the podium after winning Best Actor at the 2022 Film Independent Spirit Awards at the Santa Monica Pier on Sunday afternoon (March 6) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 47-year-old actor picked up the trophy for his role in Red Rocket.

“My career was in the toilet, I moved out to Joshua Tree thinking it was over,” Simon shared in his speech on stage, before he got a call for the role.

He added, “We shot this film during Covid, even finishing it was ambitious. I’m just grateful for Sean’s [Baker, director] trust in me.”

Simon even mentioned that the cast and crew even hid from police to make the movie.

Simon‘s fellow nominees Clifton Collins Jr, Udo Kier, Frankie Faison, and Michael Greyeyes were also seen at the event, alongside Best Supporting Actor nominee Chaske Spencer.

Irina Shayk hits the red carpet in a chic pinstripe look to support Bradley Cooper at the premiere of his new movie, Nightmare Alley, held at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center on Wednesday night (December 1) in New York City.

The former couple had the internet talking just a few weeks ago after they were spotted with their arms linked. Bradley and Irina are parents to a daughter, Lea.

Bradley and Irina were joined by his co-star Rooney Mara and director Guillermo Del Toro at the world premiere event.

Alessandro Nivola, Questlove, Gina Gershon, Jeffrey Tambor, Wakeema Hollis, Conor Leslie, Molly Ringwald, Lara Jean Chorostecki, and Clifton Collins Jr., were also seen at the event.

Nightmare Alley centers on down-on-his-luck Stanton Carlisle (Cooper) who endears himself to a clairvoyant and her mentalist husband at a traveling carnival.

Using newly acquired knowledge, Carlisle crafts a golden ticket to success by swindling the elite and wealthy. Hoping for a big score, he soon hatches a scheme to con a dangerous tycoon with help from a mysterious psychiatrist who might be his most formidable opponent yet.

Evan Rachel Wood walks the red carpet alongside new co-star Aaron Paul at the season three premiere of Westworld on Thursday (March 5) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The actors were joined at the event by co-stars Tessa Thompson, Thandie Newton, Simon Quarterman, Angela Sarafyan, Ben Barnes, Luke Hemsworth, Clifton Collins Jr, Katja Herbers, Leonardo Nam, and Tao Okamoto.

More stars who are joining the cast for season three and were at the premiere included Lena Waithe, Vincent Cassel, Kid Cudi, John Gallagher Jr, Michael Ealy, Tommy Flanagan, and football player Marshawn Lynch.

Renee Zellweger walks the red carpet with singer Sam Smith at the premiere of her movie Judy on Thursday (September 19) at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 50-year-old Oscar-winning actress, who is getting Oscar buzz again for this movie, recorded a duet of “Get Happy” with Sam for the soundtrack.

Rufus Wainwright, who recorded “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” with Renee for the soundtrack, walked the red carpet with Sharon Stone.

Also in attendance were Renee‘s co-stars Jessie Buckley and Rufus Sewell, as well as director Rupert Goold.
