Heidi Klum: Family Time on the Beach!

Heidi Klum is ready for spring in a breezy beach dress as she attends a birthday party with kids Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou, and mom Erna on Saturday (February 25) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 38-year-old model and host of Project Runway played with her kids, blowing bubbles and walking along the beach!

Earlier in the week, it was announced that Heidi and Seal are continuing to move forward with their divorce.
