Kaley Cuoco Officially Files for Divorce From Ryan Sweeting

Kaley Cuoco has just filed the papers to officially divorce her estranged husband Ryan Sweeting after 21 months of marriage.

The 29-year-old Big Bang Theory actress cited irreconcilable differences on the documents, and added that their date of separation was September 3.

A prenuptial agreement was signed one month before the nuptials on December 31, 2013, and spousal support and additional assets were addressed within the documents. Kaley also requested her name be changed back from “Sweeting” to “Kaley Christine Cuoco,” Us Weekly reports.

Kaley and Ryan announced their split last week in a joint statement.
