Ciara shows off a sexy blue dress with cut outs on the side as she arrives at the 2011 Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center on Sunday (February 13) in Los Angeles.

The 25-year-old singer wore a Emilio Pucci dress, Givenchy shoes, and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry to the star-studded event.

Yesterday, Ciara was spotted at Pre-Grammy Gala and Salute To Industry Icons party with Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry.
