Michelle Rodriguez Gets Jail Time

Former Lost star Michelle Rodriguez was just sentenced to at least 180 days in jail, according to TMZ.

She repeatedly violated the terms of her probation and most recently “signed a document stating she had completed her community service — L.A. prosecutors say she was in New York when she was supposedly picking up trash on California roads.”

Michelle, 29, must report to L.A. County jail by December 24, 2007 and will not be released to “work furlough or electronic monitoring and is not to be granted early release.”

Her official website says, “Yes, it’s true. But Michelle is Michelle, so no worries.”
