Eva Longoria's Takes Care Of Her Baby Beso

Eva Longoria keeps busy at her trendy Hollywood restaurant Beso on Wednesday night.

The 33-year-old actress has reportedly decided to abstain from eating meat in a bid to lose weight and get healthy.

Eva, who studied to become a fitness trainer at college, says that an all-fish diet is really paying off, Contactmusic reports.

“I love it… It really has affected my body… It takes a lot for the body to process red meat and I’ve never been a fan of chickens,” Eva said.
