Emmy Rossum looks flawless in blue at the MET Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 3) in New York City.

The 23-year-old Dragonball actress wore a Kenneth Cole dress accessorized with a House of Lavande collar necklace with semi-precious stones.

The Costume Institute Gala Benefit celebrates the opening of the “American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity” exhibition. The event is hosted by Patrick Robinson of The Gap, co-hosted by Vogue editor Anna Wintour and talk show queen Oprah Winfrey.
