Rachel Bilson: Parking Ticket Trouble!

Rachel Bilson looks quite distressed as she unsuccessfully tries to talk her way out of a parking ticket on Tuesday (May 25) in Hollywood.

The 28-year-old actress apparently parked in an illegal spot before stopping at a Starbucks to pick up an iced coffee with a gal pal. That was one expensive coffee stop!

Rachel sure is racking up those parking tickets. She was slapped with another one just last December!

FYI: Rachel is wearing Cardigan by Lynne Hiriak‘s nude and black cardigan.
