Cameron Diaz celebrates her birthday with Alex Rodriguez at the upscale New York City eatery The Lion on Monday (August 30).

The 38-year-old birthday girl, wearing a black mini-dress, then headed back to A-Rod‘s apartment in Manhattan.

Cameron recently finished her latest film The Green Hornet. Based on the superhero comic and 60′s television series, the new action crime-thriller also stars comedian Seth Rogen.
