Jessica Simpson & Eric Johnson Celebrate Their Engagement

On Thursday night, the 30-year-old singer and the 31-year-old football player celebrated their engagement with friends and family at the California home of her parents, Joe and Tina.

“They were very happy,” a friend of Jessica told US Weekly. “It was the first time they had seen a lot of their friends since the engagement. She was excited to see her girlfriends.” There were about 40 to 50 people who were served hamburger and veggie burger sliders, chicken skewers, mini pizzas, shrimp, and for dessert, mini cupcakes.
