Blake Lively strikes a pose at the Christian Louboutin cocktail party held at Barneys New York on Tuesday (November 1) in New York City.

The 24-year-old Gossip Girl actress was joined by designer Christian Louboutin himself!

After the party, Blake put on a red coat and was actually carried out of the party by Christian. So cute!

Earlier in the day, Blake was spotted on the set of Gossip Girl in Upper Manhattan wearing a pair of thigh high leg warmers!
