Zachary Quinto and his adorable pooch shop for doggie supplies together on Monday (April 16) at a local pet store in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 34-year-old American Horror Story actor has been hard at work on the upcoming J.J. Abrams Star Trek sequel. Yesterday, MTV published a new production still from the set of the sci-fi flick.

Over the weekend, Zachary shared a meal with Leonard Nimoy, who played Spock in the original Star Trek series.

“@TheRealNimoy we showed that shortcake who’s spock.” Zachary tweeted on Sunday. “i mean boss. thank you for dinner. my treat next time. i have twitnesses. safe travels!”
