Rumer Willis channels Old Hollywood glam as she steps out of The Sayers Club with a gal pal on Thursday night (June 14) in Hollywood.

The 23-year-old actress held hands with a friend and showed off new blue highlights.

“Love @GreatLengths New Colors!! So badass,” she tweeted Thursday, before debuting her new locks.

She attended the birthday party of pals Shane West and Trisha Cummings at a private residence in Beverly Hills on Friday night. Toward the end of the evening, she took the stage and sang a few songs with the Sayers Club band.
