Taye Diggs: Home Burglar Has Been Charged!

Taye Diggs stays fit as he gets in a workout at Equinox fitness on Wednesday (January 30) in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old Private Practice actor recently confronted a home invader and held him captive until police came to his residence! Taye found the intruder on Sunday night, after returning home from the 2013 SAG Awards.

The 20-year-old man was just charged with first-degree burglary, according to the LA Times. If convicted, the suspect faces up to six years in prison.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident.
