Will Champlin and Aloe Blacc join forces while performing smash hit “Wake Me Up” during day two of The Voice Season 5 Finale on Tuesday (December 17) in Universal City, Calif.

“Regardless of what happens #Champs, I am so thankful that we came together to form this awesome family! Big things are coming 4 all of us,” the 30-year-old singer tweeted earlier in the day.
