Pamela Anderson's Ex Jon Peters Ended Their Marriage Over a Text

We are learning more about Pamela Anderson and Jon Peters‘ divorce after just 12 days of marriage.

The 72-year-old movie producer ended his marriage with the 52-year-old model/actress through a text message, according to Us Weekly.

Pamela and Jon were only married five days after their January 20 wedding when Jon texted Pamela ending their marriage.

The text described their “beautiful amazing love fest” before Jon wrote, “This whole marriage thing … has scared me.”

“It made me realize that at 74 I need a simple quiet life and not an international love affair,” Jon continued. “Therefore, I think the best thing we can do is that I’m going to go away for a couple of days and maybe you need to go back up to Canada we did it. The world knows we did it and I think now we need to go our own separate ways. I hope that you can forgive me.”

Pamela and Jon also never completed official paperwork to legalize their union.
