Joseph Gordon-Levitt's 'Mr. Corman' Cancelled at Apple TV+

Joseph Gordon-Levitt‘s new series, Mr. Corman, will not be coming back to Apple TV+ for a second season.

Deadline has revealed that the series has been cancelled after just one season.

The site adds that Mr. Corman premiered in August to solid reviews, but was not getting the wide audience on the platform the way other Apple TV+ comedy series have done.

The series centered on Josh Corman, an artist at heart but not by trade. Things haven’t been going his way lately – his lifelong dream of a career in music didn’t pan out and he finds himself teaching fifth grade at a school in the San Fernando Valley, his ex-fiancé Megan has moved out and his high school buddy has moved in.

Aware that he still has a lot to be thankful for, Josh struggles nevertheless through universal feelings of anxiety, loneliness and self-doubt.

The series also starred Arturo Castro, Debra Winger, Bobby Hall aka Logic, Alexander Jo, Juno Temple, Jamie Chung, Shannon Woodward and Hector Hernandez.
