The 35-year-old actress talked with GQ Style about having “deep insecurities.”
The Mayo Clinic describes body dysmorphia as “a mental health disorder in which you can’t stop thinking about one or more perceived defects or flaws in your appearance — a flaw that appears minor or can’t be seen by others. But you may feel so embarrassed, ashamed and anxious that you may avoid many social situations.”

In her new interview, Megan said, “Yeah, I have body dysmorphia. I have a lot of deep insecurities. We may look at somebody and think, ‘That person’s so beautiful. Their life must be so easy.’ They most likely don’t feel that way about themselves.”
