The 25-year-old South Korean superstar found himself as the subject of speculation regarding his dating life, and now his agency HYBE is speaking out as of Thursday (October 14).

A rumor spread online that V is dating the daughter of Paradise Group’s chairman Phillip Chun and the Paradise Culture Foundation’s chairwoman Choi Yoon Jung. (Paradise Group is a South Korean conglomerate, known for its Paradise City hotel and resort chains.)

Their alleged evidence was that V attended an exhibit with Choi Yoon Jung and her daughter, and V often wears a bracelet from a brand launched by Phillip Chun.

His agency, HYBE clarified with a simple statement: “Chairwoman Choi Yoon Jung’s family and V are just acquaintances.”

At the same time, the son of pop royalty recently spoke out about BTS and his father’s influence.
