Heather Dubrow Speaks Out About Ozempic Controversy; Thinks It Will Be As Common as Botox

Heather Dubrow is seemingly defending those who are taking Ozempic as an aid for weight loss.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star spoke to cameras over the weekend after being asked about Ozempic, which many stars have admitted to taking.

Heather has not revealed whether she takes the drug or not, but does think it will be as big as Botox is now.

“I want to say something about Ozempic. There’s a lot of Ozempic shaming going on, and I don’t like it,” she said in a video, which was shared by TMZ. “Whatever someone has to do to make themselves feel good about themselves, I’m all for [it].”

However, she does point out that “this is also someone’s private medical information…why are people asking who’s on Ozempic? [It's the same thing as asking] what kind of heart medication they’re on.”

Heather then predicted that Ozempic would be as popular and common as Botox is today.

“When Botox first came out it was [gestures shockingly and gasps] ‘Oh, are they doing Botox? Is Botox a thing?’”

Heather‘s comments come after Jillian Michaels‘, who made the case for not using it for weight loss.

Earlier this week, Heather‘s husband, plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow revealed that she saved his life after he had a mini-stroke.
