The characters are played by Stefania Spampinato, who portrays Carina, with Danielle Savre portraying Maya on the hit ABC series that ended last year.
It was an extremely close race, but Station 19 fans pulled out a win in the end. They had over 1,113,000 votes by the end! Congrats Station 19 fans!

In second place is…Lucy and Kate from CBS’ NCIS: Hawai’i!
The characters are played by Yasmine Al-Bustami, who stars as Lucy Tara, and Tori Anderson, who portrays Kate Whistler in the former CBS series.
We just had to recognize the NCIS: Hawai’i fans as well, as they voted up until the very end for the fan favorite couple. It was such a tight race, with Lucy and Kate receiving over 1,109,000 votes.

Pride Month 2025 is here, and we’re celebrating our favorite LGBTQ+ TV couples!
We’ve run similar polls during Pride in the past, but want to hear from fans in 2025.
We’ve gathered names from the biggest fandoms – some from decades ago, and some from recent TV shows. There are so many beloved couples, but we want to know which duo is the ultimate fan fave. We put together a poll so that you could let us know!
Voting in this poll is unlimited, and we’ll close it on June 30, 2025 at 3pm ET! We’ll announce the winner at that time as well.
Past couples that have won this poll include Station 19 couple Maya Bishop and Carina DeLuca and Young Royals couple Wilhelm and Simon. Will either of them win again this year? Or will another couple reign supreme?!
