Lindsay Lohan Avoids Arrest

Lindsay Lohan visits a salon in West Hollywood on Monday (March 16) while her lawyer argues in court on her behalf.

On Friday, a $50,000 arrest warrant was issued but was rescinded yesterday, after Lohan‘s lawyer showed that she did not break the rules of her rehabilitation program. The original warrant was issued over claims she violated the terms of her parole for drink driving and drug offenses in 2007.

Lohan was said to have missed three days of class in 21 days, but evidence presented by Lohan’s attorney showed she was there and was ordered to return to court on April 3.
