Keira Knightley steps out in a Mary Katrantzou dress at the A Dangerous Method photo call on Friday (September 2) at the Palazzo del Cinema in Venice, Italy.

The 26-year-old British actress was joined at the 68th Venice Film Festival event by director David Cronenberg and her co-stars Viggo Mortensen, Michael Fassbender, Sarah Gadon, and Vincent Cassel.

The drama-thriller centers around how the intense relationship between Carl Jung (Fassbender) and Sigmund Freud (Mortensen) leads to the birth of psychoanalysis.
