The crime drama is a chronicle of the LAPD’s fight to keep East Coast Mafia types out of Los Angeles in the 1940s and 50s. Emma Stone reunited with her Zombieland director Ruben Fleischer for this project. Ryan Gosling, Sean Penn, Josh Brolin, Michael Pena, Giovanni Ribisi, Anthony Mackie, Nick Nolte, and Frank Grillo also star.
