Dina Lohan Pleads Guilty in DWI Case, Gets Jail Time

Dina Lohan is going to jail.

The 59-year-old mother of Lindsay Lohan pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting it, TMZ reported Tuesday (September 28).

A spokesperson with the Nassau County D.A.’s Office told the outlet that Dina will be spending 18 days in jail as a result, and will then be on 5 years of probation. She will also need to participate in a victim impact panel and take part in an alcohol program.

Dina was arrested in January after leaving an Outback Steakhouse and getting into an accident with another car outside the restaurant before leaving the scene.

Cops found her at her home in Long Island, and reported that she fell on her face and accused the officer of pushing her. She also had a previous DWI in 2013 in Long Island.

Last year, it was revealed that Dina got engaged.
