Kanye West Fires Divorce Attorney, Source Reveals the Reason Why

Kanye West has fired his divorce attorney, Chris Melcher, and has moved on with a new lawyer in his ongoing separation from Kim Kardashian.

The 44-year-old entertainer has hired lawyer Samantha Spector, who recently represented Nicole Young in her divorce with Dr. Dre.

TMZ reports that the relationship between Kanye and Chris “had become extremely difficult, with little communication.”

The source adds that “Kanye had expressed he just wanted to settle things with Kim … and at others, he expressed a desire to put up a fight.”

Kanye and Kim are supposed to go to court today and it is expected that the judge will declare Kim legally single. Kim revealed in her newest divorce documents the reason why she wants to be declared single ASAP.
