Taylor Kinney's Exit from 'Chicago Fire' Might Have Already Aired

It was revealed last month that Taylor Kinney will be taking a leave of absence from NBC’s long-running series Chicago Fire and a new report claims that his final episode may have already aired.
The 41-year-old actor stars as Lieutenant Kelly Severide on the drama series and he’s been with the show since season one.
The initial report claimed Taylor is taking time off from the show to deal with a “personal matter.” Scripts had to be rewritten to address Severide’s absence from remaining episodes this season and it’s unclear when he might return, if he is going to return at all.

TVLine is now reporting that the new episode this week, which airs on Wednesday (March 1), will address Severide’s exit. It’s possible that last week’s episode was Taylor‘s final episode before the leave of absence as it’s unknown if he’ll actually be in the upcoming episode.
The episode this week is titled “Damage Control.”
