Chris Colfer Chats Up New Books at EW PopFest

Chris Colfer gets interviewed by Amanda Peet on stage at Entertainment Weekly’s 2016 PopFest held at The Reef on Sunday (October 30) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old former Glee actor talked about his new books “The Land Of Stories: A Treasury of Classic Fairy Tales” and “Stranger Than Fanfiction.”

During the “In Conversation” panel, Chris discussed how his time on Glee inspired his new book “Stranger Than Fanfiction.”

“It’s not an autobiography by any means,” he said, via EW. “But it’s definitely based on a lot of things that I went through being on a television show… the experiences that I went through being a part of this huge, huge phenomenon were so unique, I thought it’d be a really interesting voice to add to the YA world.”
