JAY-Z Teases '4:44' Project with 'Kill JAY-Z' Commercial - Watch!

JAY-Z is getting his fans hyped for the release of his new project!

The 47-year-old entertainer released a new commercial entitled “Kill JAY-Z” on Tidal and Sprint ahead of the release of his upcoming 4:44 project on June 30.

Originally, Tidal’s 4:44 project appeared to be a movie starring Mahershala Ali, Lupita Nyong’o and Danny Glover, but now many are speculating that it is a visual album.

In the below commercial, an African American teenager runs through an alley while wearing a Willy Chavarria shirt that has “Stay Black” written across the chest as dramatic music and sirens can be heard in the background.

Since the birth of his twins with wife Beyonce, JAY-Z has been laying low as he spends time with his family.

JAY-Z‘s 4:44 project is expected to drop this Friday, June 30.
