Elijah Wood and Mette-Marie Kongsved are now parents!

The 39-year-old Lord of the Rings star and his Danish producer girlfriend quietly welcomed their first child together, Us Weekly reported on Wednesday (February 19).

Elijah first revealed the happy news that the two were expecting during an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, when he revealed that they learned they were expecting back on Christmas Eve in 2018.

The two worked together back in 2017 on I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore, and went public with their relationship in January of 2018, and had been seen out and about throughout that year.
