Ryan Gosling & Eva Mendes Have Sold Their Los Angeles Homes

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes appear to be saying goodbye to Los Angeles.

The longtime couple has sold both of their homes in the L.A. area amid reports that they are going to be moving north to get away from Hollywood.

Ryan and Eva‘s main residence for the past decade has been a home in Los Feliz, which they just sold for $4.9 million. The home, which features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, was originally purchased by Eva back in 2008 for $3.2 million, according to Dirt.com.

The other home they sold was purchased by Ryan many years ago and is located in Studio City. His former bachelor pad has remained vacant while he’s resided in the Los Feliz home.

Dirt reports that Ryan and Eva sold both of the homes in off-market deals, so we’ll never get to see inside photos as the homes were never officially listed for sale.

Ryan and Eva also own a vacation home in Santa Barbara County, a couple hours north of Los Angeles. There are unconfirmed reports that they will be moving to Canada.
