Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Close Out Invictus Games 2023 With a Rita Ora Performance

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry closed out the 2023 Invictus Games with smiles on their faces and a Rita Ora performance!

On Saturday (September 16), the Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrated the conclusion of the games at the Merkur Spiel-Arena in Dusseldorf, Germany.

The celebratory event featured musical performances and a speech from the Prince.

“You have opened people’s hearts, through your vulnerability, through your resilience and your sheer abilities. You have shown us that joy can emerge from struggle,” Prince Harry told the competitors in a heartfelt speech delivered on the stage, according to People.

He was smartly dressed in a black blazer and matching button-up shirt. Meghan smiled proudly and appeared to be having a fantastic time in the audience. She opted for a strapless, emerald dress with a floral motif and pulled her hair back into a chic bun.

The evening also featured a musical performance from Rita, who took the stage in a sheer black number. Sam Ryder also performed during the ceremony. We’ve got pics of him in the gallery!

Meghan joined Prince Harry on the third day of the games earlier this week, explaining why she arrived after her husband. She was by his side from then on, including on the day of his birthday.
