The 74-year-old “Piano Man” singer hit the stage for the first time since 2002 for a performance of his brand new single “Turn the Lights Back On” at the 2024 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 4) at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Billy Joel is making the Grammys a family affair!

The 74-year-old music legend hit the red carpet with his wife Alexis Roderick and their kids Della, 8, and Remy, 6, at the 2024 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 4) at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Billy is one of the performers of the evening, and is set to perform his new song “Turn the Lights Back On.”

The track is his first original single in 17 years! It was co-produced by Freddy Wexler, Parisi and Emile Haynie, and has already climbed into the Top 20 on the US Adult Contemporary Billboard chart.

Make sure to tune in TONIGHT for the Grammys, hosted by Trevor Noah for the fourth time. The show is airing on CBS and streaming on Paramount+ starting at 8pm ET. Check out the full list of nominations, led by SZA with a whopping nine nods!

Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach are married and we have photos from their wedding day!

The 40-year-old Barbie director tied the knot with her longtime love Noah, 54, on Tuesday (December 19) after 12 years of dating.

Greta and Noah got married at New York City Hall and then celebrated their nuptials by attending a Billy Joel concert at Madison Square Garden. At the show, they posed backstage with the singer himself and his wife Alexis Roderick.

“They were both glowing and celebrating. They are so happy,” a source told Page Six, adding that Greta “looked look a bride,” wearing a white suit skirt and jacket, while Noah “looked handsome in his suit.”

Greta and Noah first started dating in 2011 after working together on the movie Greenberg and they got engaged in 2020. Together they share two sons, born in March 2019 and February 2023. Noah also shares son Rohmer, 13, with ex-wife Jennifer Jason Leigh.

Billy Joel is opening up about his experience at Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour!

While chatting with People at the Long Island Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame on Friday (November 24), the 74-year-old “Piano Man” singer shared his opinion on Taylor and her massive tour.

He spoke to the magazine about attending one of the Eras Tour shows with his wife and two daughters.

It’s safe to say Billy is a major Swiftie.
