Aaron Sorkin Wanted Tom Cruise for 'Jobs' Instead of Michael Fassbender, According to Leaked Sony Emails

Tom Cruise channels his Risky Business days in Ray-Ban Wayfarers while leaving the London Palladium on Saturday night (December 13) in London, England.

According to the New York Daily News, the 52-year-old actor was wanted by Aaron Sorkin for his Steve Jobs biopic.

In leaked emails to Sony Pictures Entertainment Co-Chairwoman Amy Pascal, Aaron made it clear he didn’t want Michael Fassbender in the role.

“I don’t know who Michael Fassbender is and the rest of the world isn’t going to care. This is insane,” he allegedly wrote.

He later came around, writing, “F-ck it. He’s a great actor whose time has come.”
