Justin Bieber & Kendall Jenner Hit Up Travis Scott's Album Release Party

Kendall Jenner flirts with a fringey vest while heading out of Up&Down in New York City on Thursday night (September 3).

The 19-year-old model was joined by fellow models and friends Hailey Baldwin, Gigi Hadid, her sister Bella and Justin Bieber for Travis Scott‘s album release party.

Justin was spotted out earlier in the day snapping some pics with fans outside of his hotel.

The next day (September 4), Kendall was seen heading out of her apartment early in the morning.

FYI: Kendall is wearing a Rebecca Minkoff vest.
