Kelly Rowland & Skylar Grey Heat Up Elton John Oscars Party with Revealing Dresses!

Kelly Rowland bares her back at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party held during the 2014 Oscars at the City of West Hollywood Park on Sunday (March 2) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 33-year-old singer was joined at the party by Skylar Grey, who also rocked a black dress that showed off her back tattoos.
