Jessica Chastain Will Do Superhero Film if Role Requires a Costume & Lots of Action!

Jessica Chastain looks flawless as usual while stepping out for the premiere of her new film A Most Violent Year held during the opening night gala of the 2014 AFI Fest on Thursday evening (November 6) in Hollywood.

The Oscar-nominated actress was joined on the red carpet by her co-star Oscar Isaac.

“People have asked me if I’d be interested in playing a superhero or doing a superhero film. And absolutely, but for me, in any genre of film that you do… I want to be part of it,” Jessica recently told IGN.com. “So if I’m doing a superhero film, I want to wear a costume, I want a fight scene, I don’t want to be the girlfriend or the civilian that’s taking care of superheroes or whatever. I want to be part of the action. So if they came a calling that sounds very cool.”
