Cara Delevingne 'Needed' To Play Margo In 'Paper Towns'

Cara Delevingne matches her sneakers to her bright blue jacket as she returns to her hotel in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (July 22).

The 22-year-old Paper Towns actress headed out to promote her new film, which hits theaters THIS Friday, July 24th.

“I felt like I needed to know everything about this girl. She’s very clever, extremely creative, wise beyond her years, but she’s also still a kid. She’s an amazing role. Why wouldn’t I want to play her?” Cara dished to USA Today.

She added, “”Making up my own Margo was the best thing ever. John[Green] has so many amazing loyal fans and I knew some of them would be shocked by the choice of me playing Margo. You don’t want to disappoint fans.”
