'Black Panther' Dominates Weekend Box Office, Smashes February Records!

Black Panther totally dominated the weekend box office with an estimated three-day gross of $192 million! The four day holiday weekend projection is expected to be around $218 million.

This is the biggest debut ever for a film released in February, and the fifth highest debut of all time. The Chadwick Boseman-starrer is getting rave reviews and is a total must-see.

Coming in second at the box office this weekend was Peter Rabbit with $17.2 million, which slightly edged out third place’s Fifty Shades Freed with $16.9 million.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle came in fourth with $7.9 million and The 15:17 to Paris was just behind in the fifth place spot with $7.6 million.
