Riverdale's Casey Cott Dishes If His Co-Stars Will Be Part Of His Upcoming Wedding

Casey Cott is opening up about his upcoming wedding to fiancee Nichola Basara and revealed that some of his Riverdale co-stars will be in the wedding.

The 28-year-old actor revealed he was engaged to Nichola late last year and showed off the gorgeous ring on social media.

During a chat with US Weekly, Casey confirmed that some of his co-stars are indeed involved in the wedding.

They’ve been asked,” he said. “They’re aware of their responsibilities coming up.”

Casey stars with KJ Apa, Lili Reinhart, Cole Sprouse, Camila Mendes, Madelaine Petsch and Charles Melton on the popular CW drama.

However, he didn’t say what role any of the actors would have.

Casey did open up about planning his wedding with Nichola, saying that “we kind of planned a lot in the very beginning, and now we’re into the details, which is fun and exciting and stressful. But we’re having a blast. We are in full-blown planning mode. We may or may not be doing our food tasting this week.”

He added that the wedding is going to be a small affair due to the pandemic and the couple is still figuring out location details: “My family lives in the States, obviously, and her family, they’re Canadian. So we’re hoping the border [situation] works out and everyone can pop up here.”

Broadway star Corey Cott, who is Casey‘s brother, will officiate the wedding.

“He’s going to marry us, which is really cool. So we’re really excited that he’s going to be very involved,” he shared. “We’re really close with all of our siblings, and we figured that’d be a good role for him. And he always knows your role when he gets cast. So we cast him.”
