Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are engaged!

The couple confirmed that they’ve gotten engaged after five years of dating on Thursday (June 15) on their respective Instagram accounts.

The messages came at the same time as a V Magazine interview published on the same day, where they revealed that Dylan actually popped the question in September 2022.

“Sprouse’s to be,” he wrote on his post.

“With the power invested in V I am a Sprouse to be 👰🏻‍♀️,” she wrote on hers.

“I knew we were building this story up,” Barbara said in the interview, “So, I’m very happy that we ended up doing it our way.”

Barbara was seen wearing a giant diamond ring on that finger while supporting Dylan at a screening of his upcoming movie The Duel in March, sparking engagement rumors.

The two first started dating in 2018, and their connection began when Dylan slid into Barbara‘s DMs, asking to hang out while he was visiting New York. Find out more about the first meeting!
