Ryan Dorsey & Son Josey Keep Naya Rivera's Memory Alive in Touching Ways After Her Death

Ryan Dorsey and his son Josey, who he shares with the late Naya Rivera, are keeping the Glee actress’ memory alive three years after her tragic death.

The actress passed away at the age of 33 in July 2020. She died after going swimming on a boating trip with her son, who is now eight. Police believe that she used all of her energy to heroically save her son after their boat drifted away.

On the third anniversary of her death, a source is speaking out about all of the ways that Ryan and Josey are honoring Naya‘s memory.

Speaking to People, an insider made it clear that Naya would never be forgotten by her son.

“Their home is filled with pictures of him with Naya. They talk about Naya every day. They say good night to her in the evening. They are keeping all the memories of her alive,” they said.

Thankfully, Ryan and Dorsey have an incredible support system by their side.

“Everyone has always made it a priority to make Josey’s life as happy as possible. It took them all a long time to find a new normal after Naya’s death. They are all doing a great job though,” the source continued.

Ryan provided an update on Josey earlier this year.

Naya‘s memory has also not been forgotten by her co-stars. One of her Glee castmates recently revealed how she staged an intervention to help them in a time of need.
