The video follows Selena embracing the single life on a night out with her friends.
Before heading out for the night, Selena dumps her fling with a Post-it note – just like how Jack Berger (Ron Livingston) split up with Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) in Sex & the City.
“I’m sorry I can’t Don’t hate Me,” Selena writes on the Post-it, leaving it behind for her ex to find.
Before releasing the single, Selena teased the song on Instagram, referencing another moment from Sex & the City.
In the teaser, Selena lip-synced to Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) talking to a fling, who tells her he just ended things with his wife.
“Hello?” Selena as Samantha says as the man on the other end of the line says to her, “It’s over. I told my wife.”
“Who is this?” Selena responds, before giving the camera an unimpressed look and spinning around to walk away.
After re-creating the moment, Kim re-posted the video on Twitter, and wrote, “I approve this message…💋”
If you missed it, Samantha Jones made her long awaited debut on And Just Like That!
