The 34-year-old English supermodel was joined by her former fiance David McIntosh, who walked inside the restaurant separately.

The day before, Kelly was all smiles while pampering herself with a facial at a local beauty salon in West Hollywood.

“@devildawg85 Truth is we talk everyday and Miss each other. I’m sorry for how I’ve behaved. I really loved you x,” Kelly wrote to David on Twitter earlier this week, but has since deleted the tweet.

Kelly Brook is all smiles while filling up her car with gasoline on Sunday (September 28) in Hollywood.

The 34-year-old model was seen the day before looking super smiley in Los Angeles just as news broke that she and fiance David McIntosh called off their engagement.

That day, David published an open letter denying any cheating on his part during the relationship after rumors began swirling.

“I rarely address inaccurate press stories but believe I must speak up about the hurtful allegations today. I became friends with [ex] Sarah Harper seven years ago but only properly began spending time with her after going through a very traumatic break-up with my son’s mother,” David wrote. “Before I began dating Kelly, I can confirm that Sarah and I did go on a handful of nights out together but it was NOT on a regular basis. Sarah was clearly addicted to drugs – however I was not, and am not, a drug user,” David continued.

“I did not cheat on Kelly what so ever! Kelly is my World and, other than my son, she’s the only person I’ve ever truly cared about in my life,” David added (via the Daily Mail).

FYI: Kelly is wearing a bebe black skirt, and a bebe sweater while filling up her car.

Kelly Brook took to Twitter to announce that she and fiance David McIntosh have ended their engagement and gone their separate ways.

“It’s a sad Day but I wanted to share with you that David and I are no longer engaged. I love and respect him and wish him all the best,” the 34-year-old English supermodel tweeted.

Kelly Brook and David McIntosh satisfy their cravings as they drop by In-N-Out Burger on Wednesday (July 16) in Los Angeles.

The 34-year-old British model recently dished on how she keeps her body looking fabulous.

“I always cook my own food so I know what’s going in it,” Kelly told Hello magazine. “I try and eat cooling foods like cilantro and salads – nothing too spicy as it makes our bodies hot and bloated.”

“I love martial arts – Krav Maga and Ju Jit Su,” Kelly added. “It’s great because it’s fun learning while you train. I think it’s important to mix it up so you don’t get bored and it keeps it interesting.”
